The SATAI U Executive Seminar Series is designed to focus on issues faced by well-informed investors, CEO’s and entrepreneurs in technology. It also provides a foundation for success in the current capital environments and beyond.
The seminars are planned specifically to provide entrepreneurs and investors in early-stage companies, a comprehensive opportunity to receive accelerated education about issues that are core to take their business to the next level. Each seminar will have a speaker or panel session followed by refreshments and networking.
Issues or topics that may be addressed are Current Trends in Valuation, Creation and Compensation of Executive Teams, Negotiation of Investment Terms, and Understanding and Preparing for the Due Diligence Process. Additional topics that represent timely information may be added.
