The South Texas Angel Network (STAN) is a collaborative partnership between South Texas angel investors/high net worth individuals and SATAI.  STAN membership provides a quarterly forum for private investors to review presentations from the promising early-stage companies that are actively seeking equity capital.  It provides personal and professional networking and investment opportunities for like minded investors.

STAN is managed by SATAI, which is responsible for identifying investment opportunities, coaching companies for investment presentations, and coordination of quarterly meetings. STAN members are presented with early-stage investment opportunities through the following process:

FOR COMPANIES

Companies who wish to present at a quarterly STAN meeting may do so by becoming a SATAI Portfolio Company through Enterprise Services or they may apply to STAN directly through SATAI.  Companies interested in pursuing this opportunity should contact SATAI immediately.

STAN quarterly investment meetings are held on the first Friday of the middle month of each quarter and usually occur around the lunch hour.
