Accredited Individual Member
Membership in the South Texas Angel Network (STAN) is limited to individual investors who:
- Qualify as “accredited investors” under Regulation D of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and
- Have such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters that they are capable of evaluating the merits and risks of prospective investments, and
- Are of good character and moral integrity.
